If you have chosen, or are considering to study in the Sixth Form at Great Marlow School please read the following information carefully: –

If you do not attend induction at this time, you may jeopardise your chance for a place on the course of your choice.

If you wish to change your choices, you can do this at enrolment but where classes are full, priority will be given to students who originally selected them on their application formPlease consult the Sixth Form handbook on our website to check that your results meet the entry criteria for each chosen subject.

A reminder of key dates:

  • Thursday 22nd August – GCSE results day. School will be open 9.30am – 11.30am. Key members of staff will be present to assist with post-16 decisions.
  • Friday 23rd August – Open results surgery in school 9am-12pm with Mr Hollyman and Mr Nash for students who wish to discuss their options.
  • Thursday 5th September & Friday 6th September – Year 12 enrolment. Please see above for your allocated time. Enrolment will take place in the Sixth Form Study Area. Please remember to bring your results paperwork and cheques/cash.
  • Monday 9th September – Term starts for all Year 12 & 13 students. There will be a Year 12 induction morning starting in the Hall on Monday 9th September 2013 from 9.00am.  It is compulsory to attend.

In order to complete enrolment, you will need to bring 2 separate cheques, or cash, for the sums of £25 (refundable book deposit) and £15 (non-refundable Common Room fee). Both are to be made payable to Great Marlow School. You will not be enrolled as a student at Great Marlow School Sixth Form until this money has been submitted.
