Yr12 Parents’/Carers’ Evening

The important Year 12 Parents’/Carers’ Evening is on Thursday 23rd February 2023 from 4.30-7.30pm. This is traditionally an important evening because it provides an opportunity to discuss the progress of your son or daughter in their Year 12 studies.

To register a time-slot with staff, please use GMS’s online appointment booking system, which allows users to choose their appointment times with teachers. A confirmation email  is sent once appointments are confirmed.

Appointments can be made from Monday 6th February 2023 at 7 pm and will close on Tuesday 21st February 2023 at 7 pm. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact Mrs Murray: at cmurray@gms.bucks.sch.uk.

The virtual system is straightforward and connects you to your meeting automatically. Please ensure that you have a connection to the internet, and a microphone on the device you use.  Alternatively, you can use your mobile phone to connect to the meeting, sometimes this is the easiest device to use.

All meetings are conducted through a web browser so there is no app to download or install.

Many teachers will be conducting meetings from school, but some teachers may choose to do so from home and may choose to communicate using the audio function only. Please be mindful of the environment from which you are communicating.
