Yr13 Parents/Carers’ Evening

The Year 13 Virtual Parents’/Carers’ Evening is on Wednesday 13th March 2024. This is an important evening and provides you with a final opportunity to meet with your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress as they approach their formal examinations.
The school has an easy-to-use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your appointment times with teachers. You receive an email confirming your appointments soon after submitting your requests.
Appointments can be made from Monday 4th March 2024 at 7 pm and will close on Monday 11th March 2024 at 7 pm. Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact Mrs Murray: cmurray@gms.bucks.sch.uk or Miss Jones: ajones@gms.bucks.sch.uk

The virtual system is very simple and will connect you to your meeting automatically. Please ensure that you have connection to the internet, and a microphone on the laptop/computer that you will be using. Alternatively, a mobile phone is the easiest method of connecting. All meetings are done through a web browser so there is no app to download or install.

Many teachers will conduct meetings from school, but some may choose to do so from home using the audio function only. Please be mindful of the environment in which you are communicating.
