GMS invests in the wellbeing of all its staff. It has a ‘Wellbeing’ committee, which embraces an ever-evolving approach including listening to and acting upon staff feedback and ideas; it actively seeks opportunities to open new initiatives.
One such initiative is having access to the Health Assured assistance programme. This is a work-based support programme that supports staff and helps them meet personal and professional challenges, boosts their mental wellbeing and improve performance. Every staff member can utilise this amazing program, which includes an app, designed to help staff track mini health checks, mood, personalised feeds, and provide access to a library of resources.
