Improving Revision & Time Management

The Pomodoro Timer is a time management technique that breaks work and revision into focused chunks, followed by refreshing breaks.

 

Put simply, the Pomodoro Study Method involves using a timer to manage short, intense and distraction-free work sessions.

Francesco Cirillo is widely credited with coming up with the “Pomodoro Method” concept in the late 1980s, while he was a university student.
