At GMS, on Wednesday 22nd October, all students in Years 7 to 11 are being offered a free flu vaccine at school.
Flu can cause chest infections, pneumonia, and ear infections.
The vaccine helps protect your child from catching flu and passing it onto others.
The vaccine is given as a quick spray up the nose. Should an injection be required parents or carers will be contacted. The injection can be chosen, if the nasal spray is not favoured. (It contains porcine gelatine).
