The WisePay and consent form for the 2026 Ski Trip is due before 20th October: deadlines must be respected and honoured.
The Ski Trip Information Evening is on Thursday 27th November from 18.00 to 19.30 in the Sixth Form Centre and main hall.
It is essential that parents, carers and students attend this Information Evening: details and information about the trip will be discussed, as well as behaviour and expectations.
Students will have the opportunity to try on sample clothing that can be rented for the trip through an external company, Snow Union.
At present, GMS’s 2026 ski trip is oversubscribed and is operating a reserve waiting list.
Here are the main travel details: on Friday 27th March the skiers leave GMS at 7 am for a 11 am flight from Heathrow. After arriving in the airport in Munich, the students transfer to the ski resort arriving at approximately 18.00.
On Thursday 2nd April, after a super week skiing, students depart from Munich: 10:55 arriving at Heathrow at 12:05, back at GMS at approximately 13:30.
The cost of the trip includes flights, transfers, hotel, ski instruction, ski hire, lift passes, trip hoody and all meals. The payments for this have been split into four payments, after the deposit has been paid. The deadlines must be respected and honoured.
