The Drama Department is very excited to announce that The Wizard of Oz is this year’s Christmas Production.
The process for the audition is as follows:
From 8th September the Drama Department will begin the auditions’ process. Audition pieces will be available in advance, collect from E10 or M10, Mrs Sharp’s Room.
On Monday 15th September from 3:15pm auditions will take place. Exact timings are not possible to publish as the Drama Department cannot accurately predict how long each child’s audition will take. However once a child completes their audition, they are free to go home.
On Tuesday 16th September at 3.15 pm there are ‘call backs’ and other auditions if required. Students will be advised if they are needed.
On Wednesday 17th September – Break 2 a cast list will be published in M10, and a rehearsal schedule given to students.
IMPORTANT on Monday 22nd September all cast MUST attend a meeting in the hall, to confirm their role. If a student does not attend this meeting, the Drama Department will assume they do not wish to accept their role.
