The next very popular First Aid Courses, organised by FoGMS, are timetabled for October 2026.
As these courses are incredibly popular, it is advised that those who are interested book early.
The course offers valuable life-saving skills, in a wide range of emergency situations: at home, or out and about.
It is an ideal course for teenagers who babysit, play/referee/coach sports, volunteer or in part-time jobs. It is suitable for any vigilant young person who wants to learn new skills.
Students receive a certificate valid for 3 years and an Emergency First Aid Manual.

Adult First Aid Course Link to Book

The adult First Aid Course is targeted at those who want to be prepared for an unexpected emergency. The teaching of life-saving skills combined with knowledge and understanding leads to competency in a wide range of emergency situations. These may include illness or injury at home, workplace, or out and about.
Attendees will receive an Emergency First Aid Manual and optional Certificate of Attendance.
