Library Book Amnesty

The school library has a book amnesty running at the moment. A request is sent to all students, parents, carers and teachers to search classrooms, homes, bedrooms, lockers and bags for forgotten, mislaid or discarded library books.

Outside the library is an amnesty book box for all library books found. The library staff and students will benefit form the return of all books that have ‘gone off the radar’ so to speak, no matter how long ago the return date was. Even if they have a dried up apple core stuck to them, found under the bed, or right in the furthest, dustiest corner.
