Year 11 Taster Sessions

Year 11 pupils will shortly be making decisions about the subjects they want to study in Year 12. In order to make this a more informed decision making process, we are offering all Year 11 pupils the opportunity to join Year 12 lessons.
 
Year 11 can sign up for lesson taster sessions in subject areas they believe they may opt for. Hopefully, this will create an opportunity for Year 11 pupils to talk to subject teachers about the curriculum and the examination process. Just as importantly, Year 11 will be able to ask 6th formers, who are already taking these subjects, how enjoyable the course is and what the workload is like.
 
The taster sessions will run for two weeks commencing the 27th January 2014 and will be supported by form time discussions, led by tutors and Mrs Craig, director of learning for Year 11.
