Harry Potter Library Quiz

The Harry Potter Quiz was tremendous fun.

On entering the library, you are welcomed into a magical Harry Potter World full of cloaks, wands and a host of Potter paraphernalia. This all added to the fun of The Harry Potter Quiz, hosted by Mrs Fisher. A total of 90 students, supported by enthusiastic staff, were suitably challenged by the questions, presented by Mr Ross who wore a Harry Potter robe and hat and kept everyone amused by calling himself Dumbledore.

The fifteen questions required an in-depth knowledge of the wizarding world. Mrs Joyce, who set the questions, made sure that all teams were suitably challenged. Can you answer this question? : …….

The Harry Potter Quiz was tremendous fun with a total of 90 students supported by enthusiastic staff. The questions were suitably challenging giving rise to discussion and guesswork.
Many thanks to Mrs Legerton, Abby Sawney, Rachel Addy, Mr Pightling, Mr Ross and the teaching assistants who came along to take part.

Mrs Fisher made delicious treats – handmade chocolate frogs for all participants as well as giving each team Harry Potter glasses and lightening scar tattoos.

Teams were invited to create Potteresque Teams names such as:’You’re a Quizzard Harry!’, ‘Hagrid’s Dragons’,’ Voldemort’s Nose’ and ‘The Half-Blood Princes’

The overall winner with a staggering 15/15 was Leo Bray; he shared his mega prize, a huge box of sweets, with his brother’s team.
