Great Marlow School say a huge thank you to everyone who supported FoGMS in last term’s busy fundraising efforts. Many donated to the Christmas raffle; many gave their time to help on the bar at events; many gave donations for Bags2School; many donated uniform for the second hand uniform sales. Asa a result, much money was raised and every penny is hugely appreciated.
In the 2024 autumn term, FoGMS funded
- the third instalment for the student outside shelter
- reading books for the Year 7 intake
- chess boards, chess pieces, chess clocks and storage for the GMS’ s Chess Club.
- two smoke machines for the Aladdin pantomime and a backdrop for the stage
This substantial number of items have made a difference to the young people in our school. We thank all the members of the committee for their continued conscientious commitment to fundraising for our school.
