Carers Bucks is a charity that supports young carers in Buckinghamshire. Young carers are dedicated young people who, across the county, look after someone who is ill, frail, or have a disability.
GMS’s Anna Gifford received a prestigious award, on March 12th, for her tireless work with Young Carers from the Carers Bucks Charity.
