Children’s Mental Health Week takes place from 3rd to 9th February 2025. This year’s theme is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself. The aim is to help our students understand who they are by appreciating what is important – through exploring their likes and dislikes and their strengths and weaknesses.
In form time, Thought for the Week will focus on “The Science of Kindness” and will be followed by a creative project competition entitled “Know Yourself, Grow Yourself”. Students will be asked to be as creative as they like by submitting either a poster, painting, poem/short story. These will be displayed and judged with prizes to follow.
