Uniformed Protective Services will prepare students for careers in the police, fire, ambulance, and armed services, as well as roles in security and local government.

The Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Uniformed Protective Services provides offers an excellent opportunity to make an informed choice about a leadership career in the Police, Fire, and Ambulance Services, Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force, Prison Service, Security Organisations, HM Customs and Excise or the Merchant Navy. This course covers critical skills in law enforcement, emergency response, and public safety.

Through practical training and simulations, you’ll develop expertise in leadership, teamwork, and crisis management. The diploma focuses on physical fitness, legal studies, and operational procedures, preparing you for roles in protective services or further studies in related fields.

Gain the knowledge and skills to make a significant impact in the protective services sector

Students will develop these skills through the completion of different lesson task, independent tasks and research studies. Students will work through each half term to achieve these aims and develop their skills.
